Woody Allan’s grey humor was well represented in this film. I thought the falling ring brings the main character bad luck but I was wrong. The ending was quite suprising – probably because I am so used to justice and fairness in the end of every film. I like the films that I

“With a little luck, you win. Without it, you lose.” The theme of “luck” is throughout the whole film. But I like another line better “it might not be love. It is probably lust. Sometimes we just can’t tell the difference between them.” Yes, for most of us, sometimes lust is more exciting and passionate. But it is not love and not worthy of losing some important things for it. Therefore, when we are facing lust directly, it is better that we think about the results – is it worthy of losing something for the lust? I told J. to use his head to think about it. He said “well, it is true that I have a head. But it is also true that I have a penis.” Sometimes men are not as rationalized as they think they are.

It has been a year after it was first created. It is only a test but it should be good and helps me save money.

Trial at blogger will help me to know more.

Actually each person only has very limited energy to understand about the world. That is probably why there is a word “expertise.” 😛

YEAH! Many dance company performances! At first I thought SF won’t be an art/entertainment center like LA. But I might be wrong! There are several performance centers that have a lot of good shows and performances:

Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (YBCA)
Very close to where I work in downtown SF.

San Francisco Performances
They organize good shows and productions and some of them perform in YBCA. I subscribed to the Dance Series and will update the show’s information. The first time being a subscriber, I feel happy for the seat is pretty good.

Stanford Lively Arts
They have good performances too!

I still miss the classes in Edge Performances in LA. Still haven’t got a chance to check out SF’s classes yet. Did my homework already:

San Francisco Dance Center

Rhythm & Motion Dance Center

ODC School (a little far)

Shan-Yee Poon School (too far)

San Jose Dance Center

Here is the address for the Chinese restaurant.

Szechuan Taste (Cherng Gong, in chinese)

917 Taraval Street
San Francisco

Order the $28 package (good for 3)

Sweet and Sour Pork
Fried Fish (long lay)

or the $48 package (they say good for 8, but easily feeds 10.)

You can just use mapquest for the directions. Not a fancy place, but very good cheap food and fresh seafood.

Admerasia http://www.admerasia.com/ (based in NY) I think they have a strong media planning team. They didn’t show their creative work on the website, so not sure about that.

Kang & Lee http://www.kanglee.com/ (based in NY) According to the billing record, they are the largest one.

Ameredia http://www.ameredia.com (based in SF)

interTREND Communications http://www.intertrend.com/ (based in Long Beach) Toyota

PanCom International http://www.pancom.com/ (based in LA) looks like SBC, Ford and Volvo are their big clients.

Within walking distance. There are a handful of restaurants nearby. Chinese food? There is “Rice” on La Cienega, between Melrose and Santa Monica Boulevard on the eastside of La Cienega. There is Mandarette, a short cab ride from the hotel or about a 15-20 minute walk. That is on Beverly. There is also PF Chang’s in the Beverly Center.

There are better Japanese restaurants, including Yabu on La Cienega, just south of Melrose. Or, if they want superb sushi, Matsuhisa on La Cienega south of Burton Way. They can go to Koi on La Cienega which is a Hollywood scene.
